Walliance is the first Italian online real estate investment platform. It was created to guarantee savers real estate investment opportunities starting from €500, offering operators in the sector the chance to raise capital in an alternative and transparent manner. Our project stems from a simple, yet revolutionary concept: tame the technological and financial innovations that are sweeping through the global economy (crowdfunding first and foremost) and thus break down the entry barriers to an investment sector that has traditionally been prohibitively expensive for the small-to-medium saver.
