SHORT DESCRIPTION:
“Treesense Pulse is a sensor the size of an ordinary smartphone that plots the relative change in water content in a tree based on regular impedance measurements in the tree’s xylem channels. Understanding the change in a tree’s water transport system indicates how active and ultimately how healthy a tree is. Treesense enables municipalities to use the Internet of Things for trees by offering all-in-one solutions including the deployment and maintenance of hardware, employee education and also a software that with its data analyses works as a predictive maintenance for tree irrigation.”
