SHORT DESCRIPTION:

We created Semper because the start-up world has changed. Staying private longer has given companies the freedom to grow on their own terms. But it has also significantly increased “time to liquidity” for the team members who create much of the value. Companies should be able to remain private while enabling those builders to benefit from the wealth they create – aligning incentives and encouraging greater growth.
