Universal Autonomous Housing for 1.5B humans. Jupe is creating a flat-packed off-grid technology that allows a village to be set up in hours, anywhere on the planet, unlocking what was considered unusable land. With ‘skateboard chassis’ tech inspired by the electric vehicle industry, Jupe is able to flat pack and transport living units and infrastructure 100X cheaper, manufacture 30X faster, and at 10X lower cost relative to a volumetric modular ADU/living unit. ARR of $11M next year on land share model. Ultimate aim is to house 1% of the human population (100M persons) by 2050.
