It is a spin-off company of SPINTEC (one of the leading spintronics research laboratories worldwide) and benefit from many years of research in the field of magnetic testing. It offers a 3D magnetic field wafer tester for all types of magnetic devices from Planar and perpendicular Magnetic Tunnel Junction (MTJ), STT MRAM, SOT MRAM, TMR sensors to Magnetic MEMS sensors.
