Every year, more than 100,000 water damage occurs in Swedish buildings, every 5th apartment is affected every year and 36% of all Swedish homes have moisture or mould damage that affects the indoor environment. Slow leaks make up 50% of all water leaks and Elementric is at the forefront of water leak alarm technology to reveal slow leaks. We offer Alarm as a Service and we contribute to an economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable society for both the real estate industry and consumer. We offer the product and Alarm as a Service for Housing Associations and real estate companies that ownes rental apartment.
