ClearOps – ANTICIPATE DEMAND. ENSURE SUPPLY. ELIMINATE DOWNTIME. By connecting existing systems along the entire supply chain, from the manufacturer to the dealer and distribution network to the end customer using state-of-the-art IoT technology, existing data becomes usable in a way never before possible: planning, process automation, forecasting of future spare parts requirements, as well as the operational implementation of ordering processes within the entire ecosystem are made possible. ClearOps can be used to increase parts availability and thus significantly reduce machine downtime, reduce inventory levels and the capital tied up in them, shorten delivery times, and ultimately digitize and automate manual planning and service processes, resulting in significantly increased customer satisfaction. The cloud-based software-as-a-service solution was developed by the Munich-based startup led by CEO William Barkawi and has already been in use at major international companies such as Jungheinrich, Terex, and AGCO since 2016. Today, ClearOps is already used to plan 5 million parts per day and process 30,000 orders per week.
